How It Works

Number and Extension Assigned - Two days before your event, we’ll provide you with a toll-free number, along with a unique extension for your event. This allows friends and family, both local and international, to call in and leave messages.

Guests Enter Your Event Extension - When calling in, guests are greeted and prompted to enter your event’s extension, ensuring all messages are correctly saved for you.

Integrated Audio File - After your event, our team combines all dial-in messages with your Echo Phone recordings into a single, seamless audio file.
