Shipping Method
We utilize UPS to ship our Echo Phone guestbooks. To ensure timely delivery for your event, we schedule shipments to arrive 2 days before your booked event date.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are incorporated into the final rental price. There are no additional charges for standard delivery.
Delivery Times
Our standard shipping policy ensures that your Echo Phone guestbook arrives 2 days before your scheduled event.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
As a rental company, our order processing is aligned with the date of your event. We dispatch the Echo Phone guestbook approximately 10 days prior to your event to ensure it arrives 2 days in advance. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed accordingly to adhere to this schedule.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is available within the United States and Puerto Rico.
Tracking Information
Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing a UPS tracking number. You can monitor your shipment on the UPS website or via the tracking information provided in the email.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your Echo Phone guestbook arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact our customer service team at hello@echophone.co within 24 hours of receipt. We will promptly address and resolve the issue.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is included in the final rental price. Detailed return instructions will be provided with the rental.
