Rental Policy

Rental Terms:
Rental Period: The rental period is 3 days. Rentals must be returned 2 days after the booked date (excluding Sundays) to avoid fees.
Renter's Responsibility: The renter is responsible for all rental items and packaging while in their possession. If any items are damaged, missing, or incorrect upon receipt, the renter must notify Echo Phone in writing within 24 hours of delivery at If the claim is approved, Echo Phone will send a replacement audio guestbook of equal value. If an equal replacement is not available, the renter will receive a refund or credit.
Late Fees:
Rentals must be scanned and sent back 2 days after the booked date (excluding Sundays). Please obtain a scan receipt as proof of return.
Fee Breakdown:
1-3 Days Late: Echo Phone reserves the right to charge $50 for each day the rental is shipped back late.
4-7 Days Late: An additional rental fee will be charged, with a maximum total fee of $299.
More Than 7 Days Late: Echo Phone reserves the right to charge the retail price of the audio guestbook, which is $999.
Refund Policy:
Defective or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event the echo phone arrives defective or damaged, contact us via email at within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and if no resolution is found we'll ship a replacement phone within 24 hours of being notified. If we are unable to replace the echo phone before your event, you will receive a refund or credit.
Notification Requirement: A refund will not be issued if Echo Phone is not alerted in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
Proper Use Requirement: In the event the phone is not used or set up correctly, Echo Phone is not obligated to issue a refund. Upon return, all Echo Phones undergo a thorough inspection and audio files are extracted. If no audio is found, the phone's internal logs will be reviewed for activity timestamps. If the phone is in complete working order, a refund will not be issued.
Cancellation Policy:
Rental Cancellations: Rental cancellations can be made up to 45 days prior to the rental date, allowing us to cancel any planned shipments. Notify us via email at a minimum of 45 days prior to your rental date for a refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 45 days before the rental date can only be rescheduled.
