1. We ship an Echo Phone guestbook directly to your door (free nationwide shipping).

2. Set up the Echo Phone at your event, and guests can record heartfelt messages.

3. After the event, pack the phone in the provided box and use the prepaid label to ship it back to us.

4. A few weeks later, we’ll email you your voicemails and mail out any additional keepsakes you’ve ordered.

We provide you with a personal toll-free number for guests who cannot attend but would still like to send their love.

The number will be assigned to you two days before your event date and will remain open for calls for 7 days.

But seriously, there is virtually no limit to the number of messages you can receive. Our phones are mighty and can hold up to 24 hours of audio.

Our phones can be set up in just a few seconds. simply turn on the two switches at the back of the phone.

The phone will arrive with your (optional) personalized greeting already preinstalled, ensuring it's ready to record as soon as you power it on.

Detailed instructions will be emailed to you and included in your box.

How To Return:

1. Once your event is over, repack the phone in its original box along with all the included foam to ensure the safe arrival of the phone.

2. Cover the old shipping label with the provided return label.

3. Return the phone within 2 days after your event by dropping off the package at a UPS location and obtain a scan receipt as proof of return.

You will receive an email with your voicemail files 2-4 weeks after we receive your phone back at our office.

USBs are shipped the same week your audio is emailed to you.

Vinyl records and cassettes take 4-6 weeks to be completed and shipped after you approve your audio.

*Please note, due to the high volume of Spring/Summer events, turnaround times may be delayed by a few weeks.
