How It Works
At Echo Phone, we’re dedicated to making every step of your experience seamless. Here’s how our process works to ensure everything goes smoothly for your special day:
Reserve Your Echo Phone - Once you book your Echo Phone, our team will reach out one month before your event to request your custom outgoing greeting. We’ll pre-install this greeting so it’s ready for guests to hear as soon as they pick up the phone. Your Echo Phone will arrive two days before your event date, giving you ample time to prepare.
Receive and Test Your Echo Phone - When your Echo Phone arrives, we recommend testing it ahead of time so you’re comfortable with the setup. On the big day, simply place the phone in a high-traffic area like the welcome table or bar to invite guests to leave their messages.
Each rental includes a 6x8” guestbook sign on sturdy card stock to guide guests on how to leave their messages (frame not included).
Capture Heartfelt Messages - During your event, guests will enjoy the nostalgic experience of picking up the phone, spinning the dial, and leaving their well-wishes and memories for you to cherish.
Return and Receive Your Edited Audio - After your event, pack the Echo Phone securely in the provided box using the pre-paid return label, reusing the foam for safe shipping. Once we receive it, our team will work their magic, professionally editing all recordings into a single, high-quality audio file that you’ll treasure for a lifetime.
